Products undergo various stages of life and end with the stage called End Of Life (EOL). Sometimes End of Life (EOL) stage gives birth to an enhanced product or service which potentially fulfills market demands. However, over a period of time, when a Cyberoam product reaches End of Life (EOL) stage, Cyberoam may opt to discontinue selling or supporting the product or services related to it. To make it transparent, Cyberoam will keep announcing dates for End of Life and End of Sale stages of its products along with the available migration path. 

Cyberoam has planned the end of product cycle for each Cyberoam product model in four stages - End of Life, End of Sale, End date for first time subscription purchase and End date to renew an existing subscription.

End date for first time subscription purchase	It is the last date to buy a new subscription for the related product or service.
End date to renew an existing subscription	It is the last date to renew an existing subscription for the related product or service.
End of life (EOL)	It is the last date till which Cyberoam will support the related product or service and is the last milestone in the Cyberoam’s product life cycle.
Migration Path	Migration path is announced as a recommendation to replace discontinued product with another one

End of life policy at a glance:

• Cyberoam will announce ‘End of Life’ stages for effective products or services to the partners directly.
• The Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process will continue until the End-of-Life date if the product is covered by a Hardware Warranty.
